3 Tips to Get in Your Movement as a Night Shifter

Working at night when the rest of the world is asleep is the reality for many. Nocturnal workers have special challenges because they are at work when they should be asleep.
One challenge that seems to be a common theme amongst us is how to fit in exercise. Some nocturnal workers have longer shifts and the time in between has to be filled with potential daytime obligations like spouses and children.
In order to perform at our best, we as humans crave balance. Part of that balance is self care in the form of exercise. Just like our bodies crave good food in order to perform best, so too is movement an essential item.
