Tired but no excuses
I got home from serving my patients in the Emergency Department and decided to workout before going to bed. I work overnight and do so on a full time basis. So, it is not too short of an herculean task for me to lace up my sneakers and get to sweating. At the beginning of the workout, I doubted my choice but by the middle I was so into it that I forgot about my fatigue. It certainly helps that the workout was a fun one. Shaun T just released a new program called CIZE that allows mere mortals like myself to feel like coordinated dancers :). I post this because I want to encourage you to push past the excuses and get your workout in. You will be glad you did! I know that I was.
