Pasta or Tofu?

Let’s talk about pasta! I love to eat it, don’t you? There are so many different types and flavors that it can get overwhelming to think about it. Here are my top three….

1. Soba noodles (buckwheat)
2. Quinoa pasta
3. Tofu Shirataki

#1 and #2 are about 220cal per serving while #3 is a whopping 10cal per serving (BOOM!) One packet is enough for one person really so if I am fixing some chili and would like a little pasta with it then I use this one…Making food for family usually calls for the Quinoa or Soba varieties :).
