Fearless Series #3: Do Something Scary Everyday!

On becoming fearless, we have to be ready to do something scary every day. That scary thing can be a small task that you repeat everyday until it becomes second nature. For me, my fear is speaking in public. Everyday I face this fear by speaking to my team at work or by doing live broadcasts on social media. It is interesting to see the progress in my fear dissipating and be supplanted by positive energy and courage.

In the previous episodes of this series we covered the first steps toward being fearless and erasing negative thoughts. Now I would like you to think about your fear and find a way to face it everyday. I gave my example of facing my fear of public speaking. Maybe your fear is getting started with working out. Maybe it is the fear of failure at a new task. Think of a way to do something scary for you everyday until you get to the point where you conquer your fear.
