Healthy Treats for July 4th

July 4th is coming. Are you ready?

As we celebrate our nation’s birthday, let’s put delicious treats in our mouths that will not sabotage all the hard work we have done up until now.

Here are some quick, healthy treats that can be whipped up in no time flat.

Super easy! Top with more fresh fruit, quirt with lime juice and a sprig of thyme.
