Guest Bio: Ian is an author, speaker, and business advisor. As an author and speaker, his work focuses primarily on personal development and spiritual maturation. As a business advisor, he works primarily with mission-driven organizations on the front lines of social and environmental justice to help them build capacity and grow healthy cultures through process optimization, well-being integration, and environmental restoration.
He has a Master’s in Public Affairs (MPA) with an emphasis in Leadership Strategy and Organizational Culture from the University of Minnesota. His background in mindfulness, systems thinking, and regenerative design informs his work.
